The Waldorf School in the east of Pretoria follows the educational principles as established by Rudolph Steiner in 1919 with the opening of the first Waldorf School in Stuttgart. We currently accept children from 3 months up to Grade 9.
The thatched roof hostel offers boarding to boys and girls from Grade 1 to 9 in a caring, sociable and safe environment. Afternoons are spent doing any of the extra-curricular activities on offer at school, or playing outside on the lawns. Study times for the older children are structured and assistance and tutoring given where needed. Balanced and nutritious meals are prepared in the hostel kitchen and served in the dining hall three times a day. Visit our boarding house page Here.
Toddlers live in their own lovely world of colour and fantasy, with themes leading them to understand nature, the seasons, creatures and critters and the rhythm of the year… Visit their website Here.
